Collection: David Colmer

David Colmer is a prolific translator of Dutch-language literature. He translates in a range of genres and has won many prizes, including the IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and the Independent Foreign Fiction Prize (both with novelist Gerbrand Bakker). In 2021 he was awarded the James Brockway Prize for his body of work as a poetry translator. Recent translations include works by Cees Nooteboom, Radna Fabias, and Willem Frederik Hermans.
